Une journée à Fontainebleau- A day in Fontainebleau

March 11, 2008

A day in Fontainebleau took us to the Creperie for lunch. We first hit the market and found it to be a little less that normal due to the winds and rain so we were happy to go in for a great meal.

Everyone was pleased with their yummy meal.

North and the chef.

After lunch we hit the Pâtisserie in Fontainebleau. The windows are always so beautiful and full of interesting and tempting treats.

With Easter just around the corner the chocolates for the holiday are amazing. You can buy a chocolate egg for as much as 300 euro. We didn't buy any of the spendy eggs, but we couldn't resist walking out empty handed.
Almost everything in the shop is guaranteed to be delicious.
A trip to France wouldn't be complete without using your umbrella.

A little shopping in the streets of Fontainebleau is a great way to pass the afternoon.
We are just wiping them out!
