We had another appointment with the dentist for Logan, so when we were done Logan got to pick what he wanted to do. His choice was the Sacré-Coeur.
We found a parking garage close by and caught the metro for the two stops.
You get quite a view of the city from here.
We climbed the stairs to the dome, there were two sections of stairs outside so we got a close up look at the bell and some of the gargoyles.
It was very windy up in the dome, we felt like we might blow right off.
There is not much room in the dome, it's a lot smaller than it looks.

We found a spot on the busy steps and enjoyed a French musician sing in English while we fed the birds. There is always lots of interesting entertainment around these parts.
After our lunch of crepes and paninis, we found a man selling slushies and tried a few of his refreshing treats.
If you ever wondered what a mother with five children looked like on the streets of Paris......here you go!
The kids were good navigators and got us back to the parking garage without any trouble. We were fortunate to be parked next the the Mairie (city hall) which had free restrooms- nice surprise.
